Impregnation Facility  

Looking to the vast variety, shapes and sizes of our components catered to several industries, we have designed and developed a very modern 4 stage vacuum Impregnation plant.

We Have 2 Vacuum impregnation plants at each location to save on transport handling damages and for better efficiency:
  • The 1st plant hold 600 litres of impregnation sealant and hold up to 500 kg. of casting.
  • The 2nd plant hold 1600 Litres of impregnation sealant and can hold upto 1000. kgs of casting at a time the large casting of size 1440 mm X 450 mm can be treated 2 at a time.

    The vacuum impregnation plant consists of water heating tank, vacuum tank, Sealant injection tank and drying chamber. - All functions are programmed with Electric/Instrumentation control to perform with efficiency and get optimum results.
